As Senior Manager of Pathways, MK is responsible for creating stakeholder collaboration and developing infrastructure to create innovative apprenticeship pathways across Colorado. MK has been working within education non-profits for close to 20 years; managing programming and partnerships in the financial literacy, affordable housing and youth empowerment spaces with an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lens. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Smith College in Anthropology and African Studies. As a Fulbright Scholar in Finland, she went on to obtain her Master’s degree in International Development at the University of Helsinki, with a focus on supporting immigrants, asylees and refugees. In her free time, MK enjoys gardening, biking, cooking and adventuring outdoors with her wife and two vibrant kiddos.
