Freddie graduated with Highest Distinction earning dual degrees in Management and Finance & Economics from Indiana University Kokomo. He was distinguished as the outstanding undergraduate business student and inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. In previous roles, Freddie served as a HR Generalist for Amazon in Indianapolis and co-created Matthes Dental with his brother in NYC.

Outside working hours, Freddie is a passionate Purdue Boilermaker fan and avid Harvard Business Review reader. When not cheering on the Boilermakers or reading, you will find Freddie, his wife Ashley, and son Theodore enjoying all that beautiful Omaha, Nebraska offers!
