CJ joined CareerWise Colorado as the Director of Business Partnerships and has an unrelenting passion for education and workforce development. 

CJ spent 20+ years working as an Aurora Police Officer and was the first Business and Community Partnership Administrator for Greeley/Evans School District, where she created the first school district sponsored Registered Youth Apprenticeship.  She also spent time as the first Senior Community Relations Liaison for Western Governors University. 

CJ Renaud embodies the collaborative spirit and brings her past experiences in policing, k-12, and post-secondary education into CareerWise. CJ recognizes the opportunity to bridge the gap between education and workforce by way of youth apprenticeship. 

CJ is a Colorado native who graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Kinesiology and received her Masters degree from University of Phoenix in Education. CJ is married to an incredible educator and has one amazing daughter.
