Mike Ray is the Business Partnerships Associate for CareerWise Colorado, whose work focuses on process improvement, document support and ensuring the Business Partnership team remains organized and accessible.  Mike is a graduate of University of Phoenix where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Marketing and his MBA. He earned his second masters in Management Leadership from Western International University.

Mike has 18 years in higher education and has held several roles, student-facing and in administration where he has led organizational change and helped to shape the stakeholder experiences. Mike has a passion for learning and helping others find success.
