Lindsey is an Associate Partner and Solution Leader at McKinsey & Company. Her work focuses on accelerating transformations of individuals, organizations, and communities by unlocking the potential of people. She is the global co-leader of marketing and sales for McKinsey’s Growth Academy, which helps organizations build and sustain world-class commercial capabilities. She has also spent significant time helping clients at the beginning of their transformation journeys to build strategies that rapidly accelerate their growth trajectories. Her clients range from fast-growth technology companies to mid-market private equity backed firms to Fortune 100s.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Lindsey helped lead major public education reform efforts in the New York City school system, including developing and implementing a $5B funding reform to improve the transparency and equity school funding, and co-founding a leading national research-to-action education organization, the Education Innovation Laboratory (EdLabs) at Harvard University.
Lindsey remains passionate about education reform and sits on the boards of both the Colorado Education Initiative (CEI) and CareerWise Colorado.
Lindsey earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) and history from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Denver native and graduated from George Washington High School.
Lindsey’s favorite thing in the world is to hang out with her husband and three young daughters, learning about the world all over again through their eyes.
