Customer Success Manager

Whitney Allen

Whitney Allen joined CareerWise Colorado as a Customer Success Manager and manages relationships between Northern Colorado business partners and their high school apprentices. She also will be spearheading the education pathway pilot as it emerges.

Whitney is passionate about impacting cutting-edge projects that inspire youth to pursue their dreams through a variety of pre and postsecondary college and career programs. Prior to joining the organization, Whitney launched and executed PASS (Parent Academy for Student Success), a successful “college and career prep” pilot program for parents for the Future Center in Westminster Public Schools. She has spent many hours volunteering, coaching and mentoring underserved students and helping Spanish-speaking families navigate the educational system and financial aid processes.

Before becoming passionate about working in education, Whitney worked in international marketing, project management and event planning, with an emphasis in Latin America, and also co-founded a leadership and development business. She earned her B.A. from Vassar College and her M.I.M. from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is fluent in Spanish. Whitney grew up in Colorado, explored the world elsewhere for many years, and knew she would always come back home. She currently resides in Golden with her two kids and her dog, Zen.
