Darren Jacoby is Director of Customer Success for CareerWise Colorado and in this role develops and leads our Customer Success organization to continuously improve upon the quality of our support, overall experience and success of our employer partners.
With over 20 years’ experience in CRM and Marketing Darren has an extensive background creating highly personalized and emotional customer journeys using data driven insights for brands including Western Union, Vail Resorts and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He leads with both his head and heart combining strategic thinking, strong execution and cultivating the potential in others
Darren earned his B.S. in Marketing from Colorado State University and MBA from the University of Denver. When he isn’t working, you’ll find this Colorado native enjoying the outdoors skiing, cycling or camping with his wife, young son and shelter dog.
