As a CareerWise Business Partnerships Manager, Stephanie works with prospective employers to understand their hiring needs and the value youth apprenticeship can bring to their overall workforce development strategies. She also advises internal teams on how to better represent business needs in designing and delivering a scalable youth apprenticeship system.

Stephanie comes to Careerwise Colorado as an accomplished and mission-driven relationship builder, with a solid consultative approach to business development. Her 30 year career in the hospitality industry, working with Colorado corporate, education and non-profit association partners has provided her with a broad perspective on the business climate in the state as well as the need for creative workforce solutions and developing a talent pipeline. Previous employers include East West Resorts, Vail Resorts, White Lodging and Marriott International.

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Stephanie enjoys exploring all of the amazing restaurants in Colorado, flower gardening, birding, and spending time in the mountains and great outdoors with her Great Dane/Blue Heeler, Sophie.
