Ismael is a first-generation college graduate and Daniels Fund Alum who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. With over a decade of experience in non-profit education program management, Ismael is dedicated to developing impactful programs that open doors for youth and communities. He has led initiatives focused on student engagement, career access, and leadership development across various organizations, enhancing educational opportunities for all students.

Outside of work, Ismael enjoys hiking, fishing, and walking his dog. He loves spending time with his family and sharing laughs with friends.
