As the Training Specialist for CareerWise, Nicole brings almost 20 years of experience in
teaching, facilitating, and instructional design to the CareerWise training team. Having grown up on the plains of northeastern Colorado, she relocated to the front range and settled down in the Fort Collins area. Nicole has a passion for teaching and ensuring each person that attends a class or training, leaves with a successful experience. She spent several years working in the Early Childhood field before transitioning to adult learning. She finally found her calling designing and developing curriculums for a number of businesses and HR programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Design; as well as a certification in Active Learning Design.
