Natelie Rivera is a CareerWise Colorado Customer Success Manager and comes to CWC with 2 years of experience working in workforce development and over 10 years of experience in customer service and relationship management. Natelie previously worked as a Community Engagement Coordinator at Denver Workforce Services, were she collaborated with community partners and identifies resources to help serve the Denver Workforce community. In addition to working with community partners to identify community resources and workforce barriers, Natelie served as a Talent Development Trainer to assist Denver job seekers in improving their job readiness skills and explore in-demand career pathways. Natelie has a background in Business Operations, holding the roles of Store Manager and Regional Trainer, assisting in daily operations and managing external campus relations in Higher Education settings.
Natelie is a Colorado native who lives with her husband, and two dogs Oliver and Minnie. Natelie and her husband enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she likes to read, create art, and play sports such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer.
