Ginny began her career in the architecture and design field, but after volunteer teaching for a group of 2nd graders, she was quickly exposed to the reality of the Achievement Gap in Colorado and became a Teach for America corps member where she taught math to middle schoolers. She worked on staff at TFA on a diversity and alumni and community engagement project before joining Junior Achievement Rocky Mountain where she worked as Manager of Program Administration bringing volunteer business professionals into the classroom to teach students about careers and financial literacy. Ginny knew she had to join the CareerWise team to build on the vision of bringing career exploration, work-based learning, and financial literacy together so students can make informed decisions about the options they have for their own futures. She currently serves as Director of K12 Partnerships.
