At CareerWise, we’re building a new system of modern youth apprenticeship in which young people of all backgrounds are learning, growing, and thriving as they forge their own unique paths to post-secondary success and creating new talent pipelines for employers. We’re leading the way in bridging traditional gaps between systems in our country, and we can’t do that unless our team is able to collaborate meaningfully across perceived differences that other institutions too often see as barriers. We’re an inclusive organization where each individual’s unique background is valued for the perspective it adds to our collective vision.
You’ll be collaborating with smart, talented and kind professionals on work that truly matters. You’ll also love our unlimited PTO policy, flexible hours, dog-friendly office (or at your home office with all of your pets, if you prefer!), fantastic medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance as well as a 401(k) match.
If you’ve got the skills, please consider joining us! We would value your contribution to our mission, no matter your race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, ability, educational background, socioeconomic status, or any other part of your identity.
Take a look at our available opportunities and keep checking back as new openings will be added here! We look forward to connecting with you!
