Before that, Lauren worked for Huron Consulting Group, where she led large projects helping higher education insitutions set organizational strategy and improve operational performance. Lauren has also consulted in a number of different industries, including banking, healthcare, and manufacturing. Lauren has a B.S. From Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Educational Leadership from the Broad Residency, a leadership development program focusing on education systems design. Lauren’s passion for youth career pathways began while advising on the launch of Blue Sky Bakery, a social enterprise and job training program for homeless and at-risk youth in Chicago. She believes that career exploration, professional adult connections, and quality experiential learning are critical tools in helping every student envision and pursue his or her own personalized path to success—and also in building a world-class talent pipeline right here in Colorado.
